9 Tips for Men’s Health Week


1. Find a doctor you feel comfortable with and get screened for high cholesterol, diabetes, heart disease, and prostate cancer.

2. Manage stress and reduce stress by doing activities like walking, yoga, or meditation.

3. Get at least 7 hours of sleep per night.

4. Eliminate use of tobacco products.

5. Floss to maintain healthy gums.

6. Don't ignore your mental health.

7. Wear sunscreen. It protects you against harmful UV rays, which cause skin cancer.

8. Limit the number of carbs and sugar you consume. This will help you maintain a healthy weight.

9. Monitor what your body is telling you! Don’t ignore any lingering pain, especially chest pain.
